Laura Hubbard holds the Vice President of Client Engagement position at MKF Advisors. Her main responsibility is to lead the development of new and innovative solutions that ensure a seamless experience for clients and our founders.
With over 20 years of experience in marketing, creative services, project management, digital design, public relations, executive management, and client portfolio management analyst in various industries such as financial services, technology, retail, healthcare, and telecommunications.
Laura is skilled at tailoring individual experiences for every client and managing exceptional circumstances with composure. She is recognized for her innovative approach to engagement, exceptional level of detail, and a well-structured logistical process based on clear communication and transparency.
Dominic Folino is a Senior Managing Partner at MKF Advisors and the founder of the Pennsylvania Blockchain Coalition (PBC). At MKF Advisors, Dominic leads initiatives in government affairs, business development, strategic planning, and blockchain education, providing tailored solutions for a diverse range of organizations. The PBC, a nonprofit organization, unites blockchain allies and users from various industries to promote broader acceptance and understanding of this pivotal technology.
Dominic’s career began with his involvement in several political campaigns across Pennsylvania, culminating in his role as Chief of Staff for a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. Before his tenure at MKF Advisors, Dominic spent nearly a decade at a financial services firm, where he managed the firm’s political, lobbying, charitable, and community initiatives, including overseeing its political action committee and charitable affiliate.
Recognizing the transformative potential of blockchain technology, Dominic founded the PBC to advocate for and educate on blockchain at both state and federal levels. His passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology extends to his involvement in various influential groups, including co-chairing the steering committee of the US Blockchain Coalition and serving as an advisor to the New Jersey, Connecticut, and Virginia Blockchain Councils.
Dominic is a sought-after speaker, having participated in numerous panels nationwide. He has also testified before the Pennsylvania and Virginia legislatures, aiming to educate and influence legislation on cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. His expertise was further recognized when he was selected to serve on Governor Shapiro’s transition team, focusing on Consumer Protection on the Finance and Insurance Committee.
Dominic holds a degree from La Salle University, completed the Accelerated Management Program at the Yale School of Management, and earned an MBA from Villanova University.

Under Murphy’s leadership, the Army reached recruitment goals for the first time in five years with over 120,000 ‘Gen Z’ Americans hired, of which 42% were people of color & made up the most diverse graduating class in West Point history. Secretary Murphy developed unprecedented public-private partnerships generating over $250 million in taxpayer savings.
Passionate about entrepreneurship, Murphy has invested tens of millions directly to his fellow vetrepreneurs through Stony Lonesome Capital, a boutique venture capital firm investing in 49 veteran-owned companies. Secretary Murphy serves on several corporate and non-profit boards including: as a member of the board of directors for BAE systems; chairman of the Government Advisory Committee for Oracle Cerner Health, and several other privately-held companies.
